What started as weekend bakes for friends and family quickly grew into a passion project dedicated to crafting the perfect loaf. Every product we make uses traditional methods — long fermentation, quality flour, and the kind of patience that can't be rushed.

We believe that great bread is simple: flour, water, salt, and time. No shortcuts, no preservatives, just real sourdough the way it's meant to be.

Based in Brisbane, we bake in small batches every weekend and offer local pickup so you can enjoy our bread at its freshest. Whether you're a sourdough aficionado or just discovering the magic of real fermentation, we'd love to share our bakes with you.
